Time-30 minutes
Ingredients-
2-Cups rice
2-Glasses curd
3/4-Glass milk
1-Glass fresh cream
1/2-Teaspoon lentil gram
1/2-Teaspoon lentil black beans
1/2-Teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2-Teaspoon cummin seeds
1/8-Teaspoon asafoetida
1-Tablespoon ghee
3-Green chillies (chopped)
3-curry leaves
salt - according to taste
Method-
1.Make cold cooked rice.
2.Take ghee into cauldron to heat.
3.Put all this into cauldron- mustard seeds, cummin seeds, lentil gram, lentil black beans, asafoetida, curry leaves and chillies and prepare condiment.
4.Mix cold rice, curd, milk, cream and salt in cooking pot.
5.Put condiment in to cooking pot and again mix them.
