Basundi Dessert

Time-  1 and 1/2 hour


2 litre milk

2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

2-3 walnuts

5-6 cashewnuts

5-6 almonds


1. Heat milk in  frying pan with slow flame.

2.Heat milk till it becomes 1/4 and keep stirring.

3.Now bring frying pan down.

4.Add sugar and  cardamom  powder and mix them.

5.Decorate with small pieces of almonds, walnuts and cashewnuts.
