Indian Pakodi Curry

Time- 30 minutes
Ingredients for Curry  -4 cups churned curd
                                         2 tablespoon gram flour
                                        1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
                                        salt-according to taste


Ingredients for Pakodi-1 cup gram flour
                                          2 tablespoon cut coriander leaves
                                         1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
                                         1 pinch cooking soda
                                         1 teaspoon cummin seeds
                                         2 green chillies chopped
                                         salt-according to taste
                                         oil for fry


Ingredients for condiment- 1 piece cinnamon
                                               2 cloves
                                               2 whole red chillies
                                               1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
                                               1/2 teaspoon whole coriander
                                               1/2 teaspoon cummin seeds
                                               4 to 6 curry leaves
                                               1/2 teaspoon red chillies powder
                                               2 teaspoon oil


Method of Pakodi-
 (1)Mix all ingredients of Pakodi except oil  together with water.
 (2)Prepare mixture ready for frying Pakodi.
 (3)Heat oil and make small Pakodi from mixture.
 (4)Fry Pakodi till it become light brown colour.
                                      
Pakodi are ready


Method of  Curry-
(1)Heat oil in pan and add all ingredients of condiment.
(2)Fry shallow in oil for 2 minutes 
(3)Mix curd, gram flour, turmeric powder, salt and 1/2 cup water in cooking  pot and boil them.
(4)Add condiment.
(5)Boil 10 to 12 minutes.


Mix Pakodi in hot curry and serve hot Pakodi Curry.


Note-We can also make only Curry without Pakodi.
