Ingredients-1 Cup cake flour
1 Cup sugar
1 Teaspoon baking powder
1 Teaspoon vanilla essence
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon butter
1/2 Cup of milk
2 Eggs
Method-
1.Shift together the flour, salt and baking powder.
2.Beat the eggs in a bowl until and thick.
3.Gradually beat in the sugar, then stir in the vanilla.
4.Add the flour mixture gradully, stirring, until blended.
5.Bring the butter and milk to a boil add to the previous mixture stirring steadily until smooth.
6.Preheat the oven to 200 degree celsius.
7.Grease only the bottom baking pan & dust lightly with flour.
8.Pour mixture into the prepared pan.
9.Bake until the cake tester comes out clean.
10.Cool on a cake rack.
Note:-For further browning set the knob to until 180 degree celsius the desired browning is achieved.
